On Tuesday March 24, 2020 Ryerson University’s Senate Priorities Committee approved two new options to safeguard students’ academic records in the time of Covid-19.

For Winter 2020, students will have three options:

  1. to continue their course as-is and keep the letter grade that they earn; or
  2. to replace their final letter grade with a new designation to show that they have earned a Credit (CRD); or
  3. to replace their final letter grade with the new designation of No Credit (NCR). Neither of these new designations of CRD or NCR impact the calculation of Grade Point Averages (GPA).
