Menstrual Equity 102 (ME102) is an applied, hands-on workshop for those with a strong understanding of menstrual health who are looking for practical ways to apply it. This workshop equips participants with tools, activities, and resources that support them to more effectively teach and empower others about menstrual equity.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

• Be equipped to engage communities in informed, constructive discussions on menstruation using activities from the workshop
• Have a deeper understanding of, and the ability to articulate, intersectionality in relation to menstrual health, strengthened through interactive activities
• Learn how to take action to promote menstrual equity in your community
• Earn an ME102 digital certificate to showcase your newfound expertise!
