The Continuing Education Students' Association of X University is collecting feedback on student services and refund processes at the Chang School for Continuing Education. CESAX is a separate and autonomous body from the university charged with advocating on behalf of continuing education students.

This survey will often use "CE" meaning "Continuing Education"
