General Meetings

TMAPS Special General Meeting is October 8, 2025

We are pleased to invite you to a virtual Special General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on the proposed amendments to our By-laws. These updates are necessary to align with the changes introduced under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and to formally remove provisions related to the Student Choice Initiative, which has been repealed.

All eligible TMAPS members who attend at least 75% of this meeting will:
– Receive a $25 food voucher or gift card.
– Be entered into a raffle draw, held at the end of the meeting.

The next Annual General Meeting will be in Fall 2025

TMAPS members are the Union’s highest decision-making authority. At General Meetings, students make important decisions about TMAPS operations, events, services and campaigns. It is the responsibility of the TMAPS Board of Directors to carry out those decisions. This virtual meeting is open to all our members.
